ENThe Dongfeng Huashen Pure Electric Sweeping and Washing Vehicle is a new generation of specialized equipment independently designed and developed by our company, possessing proprietary intellectual property rights and leading international technical standards for road surface and curb cleaning, sweeping, and spray dust suppression. This sweeping vehicle combines the functional features of a road sweeper and a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, and addresses the shortcoming of vacuum trucks being unable to clean curbs on urban roads. During operation, it uses sweeping brushes to direct ground waste towards the inner side of the vehicle.
The sweeping vehicle integrates the functional characteristics of both a road sweeper and a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, and overcomes the limitation of vacuum trucks not being able to clean curbs on city streets. It employs sweeping brushes to guide debris towards the inner side of the vehicle during operation.
The sweeping vehicle features an intelligent electronic control system with one-touch operation, making it simple and convenient to use, reducing the intensity of operation, and avoiding human error. The width of the suction is almost equal to the width of the vehicle, significantly improving work efficiency.
The built-in high-pressure water spray bar maintains a constant height from the ground during operation, unaffected by the vehicle's load, ensuring optimal cleaning results and minimizing water mist and debris splatter.
The left and right vertical sweepers are equipped with anti-collision avoidance functions, capable of cleaning road surfaces and washing the vertical surfaces of curbstones. For ease of spray adjustment and maintenance, the spray bar inside the suction nozzle is designed to be quickly extendable.
The product is equipped with an electric diaphragm pump that supplies low-pressure water to the left and right sweeping discs for dust suppression during sweeping operations. The electric pump is automatically controlled by the electronic system, eliminating the need for manual operation. Additionally, the electronic control system of the product is configured with multiple operation modes, allowing users to start or stop operations with a single touch according to their needs, facilitating energy savings and greatly reducing the likelihood of operational errors.
The cab's operation platform is designed with ergonomics in mind, with all operational knobs and monitoring instruments integrated into a control box located to the right of the driver. This design is straightforward, intuitive, and convenient to operate, giving it strong competitive power in the market, with product performance reaching internationally advanced levels.
