Dongfeng Tianjin pure electric cleaning and sweeping vehicle is a new generation of road surface and curb cleaning, cleaning and spray dust reduction equipment designed and developed by our company, with independent intellectual property rights and international leading technical level. This washing sweeper combines the functional characteristics of the road sweeper and the high-pressure cleaning vehicle, and solves the shortcomings that the vacuum cleaner can not clean the curb on the urban road, utilizes the sweeping brush to sweep the ground garbage to the inside of the car during the operation, and the stubborn attachment of the road surface is rushed up by the water flow sprayed by the high-pressure water spray rod, and then sucked into the garbage bin by the suction cup for storage. It has the characteristics of green environmental protection, complete functions, reasonable design, low energy consumption, wide cleaning range and long service life. 

The sweeper is modified by pure electric class II chassis, fan, clean water tank, garbage bin, left and right vertical sweeping, sweeping disc dust reduction system, left and right high-pressure side spray height, suction cup built-in high-pressure main spray rod, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, special device electronic control system and subframe. 

1. The square box greatly increases the volume of the box and increases the aesthetics of the whole vehicle. 

2. The chassis motor takes off the power directly, the special vehicle is specially matched, and there is no power take-off, which saves steps and has a lower failure rate than the diesel car. 

3. The sweeper is modified with Dongfeng pure electric class II automobile chassis, and is modified with fans, high-pressure water pumps, clean water tanks, garbage bins, left and right vertical sweeps, wide suction nozzles with water spray rods, sweeping disc dust reduction system, hydraulic system, special device electronic control system and subframe.

 4. The chassis motor drives the fan and the high-pressure water pump, and the special high-pressure centrifugal fan for the fan has high efficiency and large air volume, with a maximum air volume of 23500m3/h. The high-pressure water pump adopts international well-known brands, with suitable flow rate and high pressure, and the maximum allowable pressure is greater than 10MPa.

 5. The left and right vertical sweeps are single sweepers, which reduces the number of sweeps and the consumption of sweeps, and can reduce the cost of use. The left and right vertical sweeps are controlled separately, which can realize different operation modes such as left sweep, right sweep and full sweep. The wide nozzle has a suction width of 2300mm, ensuring that the total working width is greater than 3.5mm. The 4 height-adjustable nozzle wheels can adjust and ensure a reasonable gap between the nozzle and the road surface in many aspects. The suction nozzle has a built-in high-pressure water spray rod, and the high-pressure washing nozzle is arranged inside the suction nozzle as much as possible, which not only has a good cleaning effect, but also can minimize the secondary pollution caused by the high-pressure water air flow rushing up the dirt 

6. The left and right water spray rods are installed on the suction cup, and the suction cup is lifted and lowered, and the structure is simple and compact, so as to ensure that the ground clearance of the water spray rod is fixed, and the best cleaning effect is achieved. The open hydraulic system drives mechanical actions such as left and right vertical sweep lifting, left and right sweep disc rotation, suction nozzle lifting, garbage bin rear door opening and closing, garbage bin tipping and resetting.
